Earthy turmeric and floral tulsi blend with the woodsy bite of Hudson Valley spicebush, giving Eastern spices a local twist. A few drops add an aromatic complexity to classic whisky and rum cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned or a Mai Tai. This bitters will also enhance the flavor of salsas, curries and casseroles.
