The Evergreen

A bright cocktail with perky citrus notes and deep, woodsy aromatics.

Recipe:

1.5 oz. Vodka

3/4 oz. Three Pines Shrub

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

4-5 Drops Spruce Shoot Bitters

Splash of Seltzer

Rosemary Sprig

Combine vodka, Three Pines Shrub, Spruce Shoot Bitters and lemon juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with seltzer and stir with rosemary sprig.
