Asian Noodle Bowl

Our version of sweet and sour noodles with bitter greens.


2 cups water
2 tsp instant dashi
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Pear Honey Ginger Shrub
Asian noodles
Bitter greens
Chopped cilantro

Bring water to a boil, reduce heat and add next 4 ingredients. Cook the noodles in the broth until done and drain, reserving the liquid. Add the greens to the broth and boil until just soft. Put noodles in bowl, sprinkle a little more of the shrub over the noodles and let it soak in. Top with bitters greens and cilantro.
