Cassis Colada

The Hudson Valley meets the tropics in this treat, the perfect drink for your beach vacation.

Recipe:

4 Cubes of Pineapple

2.5 oz. Coconut Milk

2 oz. White Rum

3/4 oz. Cassis Berry Shrub

Ice

Muddle pineapple in a shaker, fill with ice. Add other ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour into ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with sage leaf (optional). Enjoy!
