A bright berry bit of bubbly

Recipe:

1/2 oz. Cassis Berry Shrub

7 oz. Prosecco

Cane Sugar

 

Dampen rim of a Champagne flute with Prosecco and dip in cane sugar. Add Cassis Berry Shrub to flute. Top with Prosecco. Cheers!
