Juicy and vibrant currant and blood orange are perfectly matched in this rich non-alcoholic cocktail.
1 oz. Cassis Berry Shrub
2 oz. Blood Orange Juice
7 oz. Soda Water
2-3 Drops Catskill Masala Bitters
Blood Orange Slice (Garnish)
Pour ice into a rocks glass. Add shrub, soda water and bitters. Stir and top with orange slice, serve with straw. Cheers!
