Harvest Punch

A cornucopia of flavors, this batched cocktail hits all the notes of an autumnal harvest. (Serves 12)

Recipe:

  • 12 oz. Apple Coriander Maple Shrub
  • 18 oz. Rye Whisky
  • 48 oz. Apple Cider
  • 6 oz. Orange Juice
  • 3 oz. Spiced Simple Syrup (using cinnamon, clove, anise or cardamom)
  • Ice
  • Orange Peel (optional)
  • 48 oz. Soda Water
  • Ground Cinnamon

Combine ingredients (except cinnamon) in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Add soda water at the last minute. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with orange peel and a dash of cinnamon (if desired).
