Hot Toddy

Our take on this classic highlights ripe hudson valley apple and a hint of spicy ginger- sure to warm you up on the coldest winter day.

Recipe:

2 oz. Brandy

1 cup Hot Water

1.5 oz. Apple Coriander Maple Shrub

5-6 Drops Ginger Bitters

1 tsp. Maple Syrup, or To Taste

Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise (Garnish)

Combine all ingredients and use the cinnamon stick to stir everything well. Sip and enjoy.
