A sophisticated evening cocktail with a bite


2 oz. Kentucky Bourbon

1/4 oz. Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth

1/4 oz. Noilly Prat Sweet Vermouth

5-6 Drops Ginger Bitters

3-4 Rehydrated Dried Cherries

Combine bourbon of choice, sweet and dry vermouths and bitters in a shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake! Strain into a chilled glass or serve over ice. Garnish with cherries and enjoy! * To rehydrate dried cherries- Put cherries in a jar and cover with sweet vermouth a couple of days before serving.
