The Lone Pine Hill

A true taste of the woods, with a hint of citrus.

Recipe:

1.5 oz. Berkshire Mountain Distillers Bourbon Whiskey

3/4 oz. Three Pines Shrub

Juice of Half a Lemon

5-6 Drops Spruce Shoot Bitters

Ice

Sprig of Mint (Garnish)

Muddle lemon and mint leaves in a shaker. Add ice, bourbon, shrub and bitters, Shake well and pour into ice-filled mason jar. Stir with sprig of mint. Enjoy!
