Mai Tai Masala

A Catskill Mountain update to the retro Mai Tai

Recipe:

2 oz. Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Orgeat

1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

5-6 Drops Catskill Masala Bitters

Ice

Mint Leaves (Garnish)

Combine first six ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
