Mai Tai Masala

A Catskill update to the retro Mai Tai

Recipe:

  • 2 oz. Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat
  • 1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Hudson Standard Catskill Masala Bitters
  • Ice
  • mint leaves (garnish)

Combine first six ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
