Out of Towner

This one is a smokey sensation of chili, mescal, tequila and Pear Honey Ginger Shrub.

Recipe:

1/2 Lime
1 oz. water
1 1/3 oz. Pear Honey Ginger Shrub
1 oz. Espolon Tequila Blanco
1/3 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1/3 oz. Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liquor
2 dashes of Love-Struck Bitters

Shake with ice and pour into an ice filled rocks glass. Serve with a lime twist.
