Root and Branch

A fantastic pairing of barrel-aged gin with the fall flavor of pear, honey and ginger.

Recipe:

1 3/4 oz. Ransom (Old Tom) Gin
3/4 oz. Pear Honey Ginger Shrub
1/4 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled coup. Serve with a lemon twist.
