Royal Street Roffignac

A Mardi Gras classic, but can be enjoyed year round for a taste of New Orleans.

Recipe:

2 oz. Cognac

2 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub

Seltzer

5-6 Drops Ginger Bitters

5-6 Drops Catskill Masala Bitters

1 Orange Peel (Garnish)

1 Bourbon-Soaked Cherry (Garnish)

Combine shrub, cognac and bitters in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into an ice-filled Collins glass. Skewer orange peel and bourbon cherry on a toothpick for garnish. Santé!
