Spring Fever

A cocktail inspired by the birds & the bees

Recipe:

1.5 oz. Tequila Blanco

3/4 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub

1 oz. Ginger Liqueur (We like Barrow’s Intense)

4-5 Drops Love-Struck Bitters

4-5 Drops Hops & Hemp Bitters (with CBD) (if desired)

Ice

Soda Water

Combine all ingredients (except soda water) in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and pour into desired chalice. Top with soda water and raise your glass!
