1.5 oz. Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
5-6 Drops Ginger Bitters
1 Lime Wedge
Rub rim of a rocks glass with lime and dip the rim into the salt. Combine tequila, shrub, and lime juice in ice-filled shaker. Shake well and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
