A resonant and woodsy elixir
1.5 oz. Amaro (we like Nina Amaro)
3/4 oz. Three Pines Shrub
2-3 Drops Spruce Shoot Bitters
Sprig of White Pine (Optional Garnish)
Combine amaro, bitters and shrub in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with seltzer and stir with white pine sprig. Enjoy!
