A cocktail to honor Hudson Valley art, history and hearsay


1 oz. Vodka (we like Berkshire Mountain Distillers’ Ice Glen Vodka)

3/4 oz. Peach Lavender Shrub

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 oz. Peach Puree

5-6 drops Catskill Masala Bitters





Muddle basil in a shaker, combine first 6 ingredients in shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into ice filled glass and top with seltzer. Stir and garnish with basil leaf. Cheers!
