1 dash Hudson Standard Ginger Bitters
1/4 oz Hudson Standard Pear Honey Ginger Shrub
Fresh pomegranate seeds
Muddle pomegranate seeds in a champagne glass. Pour shrub over them, then prosecco. Add dash of ginger bitters and enjoy a taste of the underworld.
