The Winter Grove

A woodsy citrus filled holiday draught, this gorgeous festive elixir is fit for Father Christmas- or Mother Channukah ;)

Recipe:

1 oz gin

1/2 oz. Hudson Standard Cassis Berry Shrub

4 Dashes Spruce Shoot Bitters

Blood Orange

Sparkling Water

Sprig of Pine (Garnish)

 

 

 

Combine bitters, shrub, and gin in a cold shaker. Muddle/infuse blood orange into sparkling water. Pour everything into a goblet and stir with pine twig, add blood orange slice for garnish.
